Search for frameshift-mutated genes in the SERtool database by gene symbol. Toggle between Protein and CDS views, filter results by keyword or NMD escape type, and download the filtered set as CSV.

NMD escape types: NMDER1 start-proximal (≤150 nt from start codon)  ·  NMDER2* long exon (>400 nt from splice donor)  ·  NMDER3* distal (last exon / final 50 nt). Frameshifts in NMDER2/3 often yield stable truncated peptides. Use the NMDEscape filter to exclude NMD & ER1.
